How we use your details.

What we collect: your name, phone number, email, address and postcode, details and photos of the job, and messages you send us by form, chat, text or phone.
Why we use it: to reply to you, quote and book the job, send appointment reminders, carry out the work and invoice you. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed, and every message lets you opt out.
Who we share it with: only the software we use to run the business, such as our booking, messaging and accounts systems. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it: job and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires. Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
